Felt Fundraisers

Aside from pencil cases I’ve come up with two more ideas for the table at the fair.

Hair One and Hair Two are busy needlefelting these:

Ah now that'd be telling wouldn't it? No seriously.... felting around objects is not all that difficult. I soaped up the jars so the wool would adhere a bit. Added wool until I had the pattern and thickness that pleased me. Carefully covered that all with an old stocking. Rubbed gently until the felting was well underway but not so far as to have permanently attached to the stocking. Removed the stocking and carried on until the 'jacket' was tightly felted to the jar. In some cases I had to make adjustments using a felting needle. Thanks for looking and commenting.
